For those who are considering participation in retreats with Retreats4all, here is a gentle reminder of the booking and cancellation terms, so that all details are clear and transparent for everyone.
Reservation Terms
If you are a part of early bird booking while the details of the Retreats are being finalized, a non-refundable “Secure my spot fee” is $200. It gives you a chance to be the first to register and be considered on the top of the list.
Once details are finalized to secure your place on the retreat, a deposit is required within three (3) days of confirming your intention to participate.
The minimum deposit amount is $500.
The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the retreat.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you review the following terms carefully, as they allow us to hold the retreat with clarity and mutual respect:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat are eligible for a full refund, provided that another participant fills the vacated spot.
Cancellations made 7–30 days prior to the retreat:
*If no replacement participant is found, 50% of the retreat fee will be retained, and 50% will be transferred as a credit toward a future retreat.
*If a replacement participant is found, 100% of the paid amount will be transferred as a credit toward a future retreat of your choice.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the retreat are non-refundable.

PARTICIPATION WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Please kindly note that by providing the Retreat participation fee, you agree to the following agreement.
I_______ voluntarily agree to participate in wellness retreat and/or activities organized by Retreats4all LLC (“Retreat”), held at a location determined by Retreats4all LLC.
Safety Awareness & Personal Responsibility
I understand that participation is voluntary and may include but not limited to such activities as meditation, breathwork, movement or dance, sound healing, voice practices, energy work, emotional release practices, group sharing, rituals, travel, and other experiential activities. I may stop or modify my participation at any time. I understand that while Retreats4all LLC may offer general guidance or suggestions for participation, I am ultimately responsible for my own safety, choices, and level of participation. I acknowledge that not all risks can be anticipated or prevented, and I agree that Retreats4all LLC is not responsible for injuries or losses resulting from risks inherent in the Retreat or from my personal decisions. I acknowledge that the Retreat is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment and does not replace professional medical or mental health care. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results. I accept full responsibility for how I interpret and integrate my experiences before, during, and after the Retreat. Facilitators are not responsible for decisions I make.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability & Negligence
I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and travel-related risks, which may result in injury, illness, emotional distress, loss, or, in rare cases, death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown.
I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating, will listen to my body and personal limits, and will seek professional medical or psychological support if needed. I agree to inform facilitators of any relevant conditions that could affect my participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and hold harmless Retreats4all LLC, including its owners, organizers, facilitators, volunteers, contractors, venue owners, representatives, and affiliates, from any and all claims or liabilities, including those arising from negligence, related to my participation. This includes claims for physical injury, emotional or psychological effects, spiritual experiences or interpretations, and loss or damage to personal property. I am responsible for obtaining adequate health and travel insurance. This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Retreat primarily takes place, or where applicable, the laws governing Retreats4all LLC. I have read and understood this waiver and sign it knowingly and voluntarily, understanding that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
Media Release
I consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the Retreat by Retreats4all LLC for promotional or educational purposes, without compensation. Retreats4all LLC agrees to use such images respectfully and in alignment with the values of the Retreat.
