Tentative Location Itinerary

Here is the rough idea of the locations we would like to visit, however, we allow some flexibility to the itinerary, as group dynamics, weather conditions or other influences may suggest changes to this program.

Also, note, we do not list practices which we will do at each location as it makes more fun to experience it as something new and unexpected.

Sep. 10th — Arrival & Welcome

  • Arrive at our beautiful rustic forest cabin
  • 3 pm check in
  • Meet & Greet
  • Welcome dinner
  • Opening circle and intention setting
  • A gentle evening to settle in and begin our journey together

Sep. 11th — Sacred Mountain & New Moon Magic

  • Pluto’s Cave
  • Southgate Meadow
  • Optional visit to Bunny Flat Trailhead
  • New Moon Stargazing
  • Intention-setting ceremony
  • Wish-making under the stars

Sep. 12th — Fire & Water

  • Glass Mountain
  • Medicine Lake
  • Explore powerful volcanic landscapes, obsidian fields, and the serene waters of a volcanic caldera.
  • Group sharing and integration.

Sep. 13th — Waterfalls, Sacred Waters & Community

  • Hedge Creek Falls
  • Mossbrae Falls
  • Lunch and stroll in Dunsmuir
  • Mount Shasta City Park & natural spring water
  • Explore downtown Mount Shasta, drum circle at the city park

Sep. 14th — Alpine Lakes & Heart Opening

  • Castle Lake
  • Heart Lake
  • ⁠Panther Meadow (optional)

    A day of breathtaking scenery, wildflowers, mountain views, and heart-centered connection.
    Evening:

  • Celebration Dinner

Sep. 15th — Integration & Departure

Important notes

  • Accommodation:
  • 5 nights in a beautiful forest cabin
  • One sleeping arrangement in a shared mostly double occupancy room
  • One room has an occupancy of four people
  • Those who have reserved and paid first, have a choice of the rooms
  • Daily Excursions:
  • Our local tour guide will provide assistance in navigating the territory
  • We will have access to very unique and remote paths
  • Hikes and rough terrain are expected
  • Each hike is planned not take more that two hours. However, be ready to stay flexible
  • Comfortable shoes and a healthy fitness level are required
  • Refillable water bottles are expected
  • Group transformational practices:
  • At each location the group will be offered gentle transformative practices
  • ⁠The participation is not mandatory but highly advisable as it helps strengthening group dynamics and allow you to open up to new experiences
  • It is a therapeutic retreat at a mystical location, be respectful to experiences of other participants
  • Meals
  • All meals are included
  • Simple Breakfast and Dinner meals will be served at the house
  • Lunches will be prepped to go in forms of sandwiches and snacks
  • You can fill and carry your personal water bottles
  • If you have allergies or major food intolerances please notify in advance
  • Note: this retreat does not put food as a priority. Your experiences at locations are more important
  • Transportation
  • It is not included!
  • You are expected to have your own form of transportation for the whole duration of the retreat.
  • You are expected to drive yourself or coordinate a shared ride with other participants of the retreat
